I have recently aquired a very nice blender, and have been so excited to start making smoothies. Of course, I will be getting frozen fruit and almond milk to make these delicous and healthy treats. However, I hadn't got to the store yet, so I made a poor woman's smoothie that is so yummy:
Ingredents:
2 cups of Ice
20 oz can of Pineapple Chunks in Juice 1 cup of fresh spinach (trust me)
So, blend the pinnapple with Juice with the ice and spinach. Blend on ice setting. You will get a lime green smootie that serves two. The sweetness of the pineapple totally masks the taste of the spinach! Here's to you Heath.
